Olympic Lifting & Skills Workshop
The goal of this workshop is to teach the technique and fundamentals of complex Olympic lifts. Learning these lifts are increasingly important for strength and conditioning. Athletes, parents, and coaches are all welcome! No prior experience is required. If you are interested please fill out the form below:
If you want to get stronger for your sport and are interested in learning Olympic movements and CrossFit skills then this is the workshop for you. This is a no pressure workshop; you will not be required or asked to lift heavy bars or weights. We will teach you fundamentals and that you can take with you and practice from home.
The workshop will include a CrossFit workout at the very end. This workout will include proper warm up, and any instruction necessary to bring you up to speed with the prescribed workout. Do not fear! It will be a good workout using mostly body weight exercises and is completely scalable depending on your level of fitness.
