BBA Beginner Program

If you are struggling to lose weight, or are unfamiliar with working out, then this program is right for you. Not only is it designed to help you lose extra  pounds, but it includes the building blocks to CrossFit. This program is tailored to both the super-beginner or the regular gym go-er seeking a new gym experience. While this is not an advanced plan, it will still demand intensity and that is how you will reach your fitness goals.

You will learn movements in this program that help you gain strength, agility, speed, endurance, and power through a unique and broadly varied program across all capacities of fitness. Forget doing the same workout every day, in this program everyday is different and you will never be bored. 

Program Includes: 

  • 1 Month of Workouts Customized for Your Goals
  • 1 Month Access to CrossFit Coach via Email

Requirements: 

This program is designed without the requirement of weights or a gym. In fact on this program you can do every single workout in the comfort of your own home. For those of you looking for something more advanced please review one of our other fitness plans. 

Cost: $45 a Month 

or $125 for 3 Months


 

 

BBA Intermediate Program

If your familiar with basic movements like squats, push-ups, and Burpees, but arn’t satisfied with your fitness progress this is the program for you. Our BBA Intermediate program is designed to pin point your goals, and give you a structured monthly workout plan to follow. This program does require that you have access to a gym or equipment like lifting bars, dumbbells, and pull-up bars.

This program will help you reach your fitness goals, and introduce more advanced CrossFit movements like the Pull-Up, Snatch, Weighted Squat, Deadlift, Push-Press, and more! This is the perfect program for those who want to get a taste of what CrossFit is all about.

Program Includes: 

  • 1 Month of Workouts Customized for Your Goals
  • 1 Month Access to CrossFit Coach via Email
  • Instructional Emails on Movements

Requirements: 

This program does require you have access to  weights or a gym. You may need equipment like free weights, dumbbells, lifting bars, pull-up bars, and more. 

Cost: $75 a Month 


or $200 for 3 Months


 

 

BBA Athlete Program

If you are a Middle School, High School, or College athlete who wants to increase your strength, agility, speed, endurance, and power then you have found the answer. Our fitness experts have experienced college athletics and have been trained in CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, and training for Athletes.

You will learn movements asked of college athletes, with a focus on Olympic lifts that will help you get stronger and increase your athleticism. With access to one of our coaches you will be able to ask questions, and get advice on your training program. You will also be able to emphasize the problem areas you would like to work on. For example if your a catcher who needs to increase their arm strength we can help, if your a basketball player who needs to increase your vertical jump, we can help! We can help prepare you for college, and increase your athletic performance.

Program Includes: 

  • 1 Month of Workouts Customized for Your Goals
  • 1 Month Access to CrossFit Coach via Email
  • Individual Attention and Advice on Problem Areas
  • Nutrition Advice and Tips via email
