Warm Up: 

Run 800m

4 Rounds of:

10 Good Mornings with PVC Pipe

5 Inch worm push ups

10 Strict Press using bar

 

Strength Portion:

Work to 2Rep max Deadlift

Start with 10 reps at lighter weight then work your way up in weight and down in reps. Recommend doing 10, 6, 4, 3, (Reps) as warm up.

 

Green Zone:

3 Rounds for Time:

800m run

30 deadlifts #155/115

30 burpees

I have shot archery since I could walk, and hunted with my Dad since I was born. I also have a sister (Cheridan Hawkins) who is a stud pitcher for the Oregon Ducks Softball Team and is on the Junior Olympic Team.
