Warm Up:

400 m Run

5 Inch Worm Push Ups

10 Goblet Squats

 

WOD:

This workout can be done completely outside, in a road, at home, without equipment!

-50-40-30-20-10 reps of: Squats, Walking Lunges, Pushups

To follow this sequence do 50 squats, 50 walking lunges, 50 Push Ups, then transition to 40 squats, 40 walking lunges,and so on…

Rest 3 Min. Then:

Complete 5 100 m. Sprints

Experience: Division 1 Fastpitch Softball player at San Jose State. While she is not a certified nutritionist she studies and practices the Paleo diet and Zone eating. Quirk: I am an avid archer and hunter. Yup, it's true. I have shot archery since I could walk, and hunted with my Dad since I was born. I also have a sister (Cheridan Hawkins) who is a stud pitcher for the Oregon Ducks Softball Team and is on the Junior Olympic Team.
