Skill to Work on:

Pistol Squats! Try using some of the techniques in this video to learn how to pistol squat. If you are new to the pistol squat please use a couch, bench, stool, or chair just in case you find it harder than you imagined (this happens a lot!) Plus if you don’t have the strength to do a whole pistol squat then it can help with your progressions. Work on this for the first 10 min. or so or your workout, then transition to the WOD below.

4 Rounds for time:

800 m Run

45 Air Squats

20 Push Ups

30 Sit – Ups
